In August 2000, several of the
UofA GAMES Research Group had the chance to fly off to London, England to enter our programs in the
Mind Sports Olympiad,
computer competitions.
After the week-long olympiad, Darse Billings and myself stayed in England an extra week, to tour England with my friend Alex Kaspryzk who lives in Oldham, and goes to school at Oxford. We went to Cambridge, Oxford, Manchester, Oldham, York, and Liverpool. It was quite a good bit of fun. Well, see for yourself below:
